Abstract
System that automatically fits theoretical material parameters required for lifetime prediction from solar-cell carrier-lifetime measurements (e.g., Ī”n–τ curves) via Bayesian optimization, with physical constraints embedded in the optimization to rule out unphysical solutions. Supports automated measurement analysis pipelines.
